NO way! In fact you HAVE TO EAT A CARB with every meal!! YUP! But the "right" type of course. You can still indulge and get amazing results... no more taking measuring cups in your purse or sacrificing your favorite foods! You'll learn how to eat what you love and still lose the stubborn weight and belly fat FAST and EASY!
How much time do I need for the exercises?
All workouts are under an hour! As a Mom I know your time is limited! So we  need to get in and get out!
I'm not a "brand new" Mom. I had my kids many, many years ago (they're all grown up!). Is this program a good fit for me, too?
Absolutely! This program is designed for Mom's of ALL ages. It also focuses on how hormones affect weight loss which is a challenge for women pre, during or post-menopause. Not only will this program help with weight loss, it will also help balance our hormones as we get older.
I'm gluten free / vegetarian / vegan. Will this program work for me?
Yes. This nutrition plan gives you an array of options for all dietary needs and restrictions.
Will this program work for beginners?
Absolutely! I've designed the fitness portion of this program with a beginner level for those just starting off and then created an intermediate/advanced level for those ready for a challenge. Moms new to nutrition and exercise can learn how to get the bodies they want — even if you've never done anything like this before. The beginner exercises are designed to be easy for this reason!
What kind of results can I expect to get?
Every person is different, so while it wouldn't be ethical for me to guarantee any specific results... this is the program I personally used to lose my 50 pound weight gain in 4 months as a new mom! You can also see other moms' results on this page! 
Is this program travel friendly?
YES! You can do these workouts at home, at the gym, or even in your hotel room! Because the meal plan is so realistic, you can do it from anywhere with any cuisine!
What if I work a lot, eat out a lot and can’t food prep? Will this work for me?
YES! Even better! Because this is a realistic meal plan what better than to have the restaurant prepare it for you. Our program comes with an eating out tip guide! I got you girl!
How long is the program?
It is technically 3 weeks. However you may keep repeating the program until you get the desired results depending on where you started in your journey.  The entire goal of this program is that you will change the way you look at food and fitness for life. It will be a lifestyle change which teaches you that indulgence and discipline can co-exist!
Do you provide on-going support?
Yes I do! I have an on-going Facebook support group which is available 24/7 for questions, motivation, and daily fitness/nutrition/and wellness tips. Members are also encouraged to share their journeys with the page to motivate and also get praise for their hard work.
Do you provide instructional videos for all the workout exercises?
Yes! Each workout comes with a instructional video that shows both the beginner/modifies and advanced level.
Can I do this program if I have pre-existing injuries or medical conditions?
Always speak with your doctor first. I did create a beginner/modification level which I demonstrate in my workout instruction videos. They are easy and gentle for this reason.
